What are your return/exchange and shipping policies?

Shipping Policy

All domestic orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $5 with the option to also purchase USPS insurance upon checkout for the total of $7.

All international orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $15. It is the buyer’s responsibility to handle any export/import and VAT fee that may apply to your order. I am not responsible for any refunds because of these fees. As of now, I can only offer first class international USPS shipping and cannot offer insurance on international orders.

Refunds/Returns

All sales are final. If you need to make a change to your order such as a change of address, please contact me as soon as possible for assistance. Once a package is shipped, I cannot make any changes. Partial refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided only for products with manufacturing defects.

Please make sure to read through my grading guide and all other product details before making a purchase.

Do you take requests?

If there is a character you would like to see made into a pin, decal, keychain, or apparel, you’re welcome to contact us with your suggestions! :)

What is your grading system for pins?

Pins are handmade and therefore flaws are inevitable. Backs and sides of pins are not graded.

A Grade pins are pins that I have deemed to be the best of the batch. These pins may have 2-3 minor flaws.

B Grade pins may have more prominent and noticeable flaws.

C Grade pins have severe flaws in ways that impede the overall design/function of the pin.

How do I correctly apply the decals?

Step 1: Clean the surface area that you want to apply the decal to. You can use any cleanser of your choice. After you apply cleaners such as rubbing alcohol or car wash soap, you can wipe the surface with a cloth. It is important that you let the surface dry completely as the decals won’t properly stick to wet surfaces.

Step 2: Peel off the backing tape that is on the decal. It’s recommended to peel it off step by step as you stick it onto the surface so its placed smoothly, however not required.

Step 3: Place the sticker onto the surface, while leaving the transfer tape on, and rub any air bubbles out. I highly recommend using a squeegee to apply pressure on areas with air bubbles and push them towards the edge. If done correctly, you should see a completely even surface.

If you weren’t able to remove any stubborn air bubbles, you can fix this by applying heat briefly toward the decal. You can use something like a hair dryer for this. This allows the bubbles to become softer and easy to flatten out.

If you don’t want to apply heat, you can poke a tiny hole into the bubble. Once you flatten and smooth the bubble, the hole should go away.

Step 4: After about half an hour, remove the transfer tape gently. Not waiting at least half an hour will make removing the transfer tape more difficult.

Step 5: Enjoy your new decal! :3

What are the washing instructions for your apparel?

It is recommended to flip the hoodie inside out and wash cold. Air drying is highly recommended to prevent it from shrinking and to prevent deterioration of the print. However, if you do need to use the dryer, leave the hoodie inside out and tumble dry on low heat.

What are the care instructions for tufted rugs?

Vacuuming is one of the most effective way to keep your rug clean. Use a suction vacuum without a beater bar/brushes/rotary brush nozzles to prevent wear and tear on your rug.

For dry stains, carefully scrape and vacuum away dirt and stains.

For wet stains, use a paper towel or undyed cloth to absorb the stain. Use lukewarm water and a cloth or sponge to dampen the stain, soak up the water with a cloth, and repeat until the stain fades. Avoid drenching the rug to preserve the glue binding holding the tufts in place.

On greasy or stubborn stains, use a ph-neutral and bleach free cleaner and follow the steps above.
