Refunds/Returns

All sales are final. If you need to make a change to your order such as a change of address, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance. If you need to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours. 

Once a package is shipped, we cannot make any changes. Partial refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided only for products with manufacturing defects.

Please make sure to read through our grading guide and all other product details before making a purchase.

 

If the address on your receipt is wrong, we are not obligated to refund/replace your order once your order has been shipped. Please make sure the address you put in is correct.

 

We are not responsible for stolen, damaged, or lost packages. Please make sure you keep track of your package via the tracking number. Once a package is shipped, we are no longer responsible for it, USPS/UPS is (if it says “delivered”, there is nothing we can do). You are responsible for contacting USPS/UPS.
